Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Cancellation of Service 1. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of any scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee as detailed below. 2. Cancellation Fees: • Less than 24 hours’ notice: If a client cancels a service with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the client’s account. • Late or No-shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled service without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service. 3. Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, clients are encouraged to communicate directly with our service team as soon as possible. Management reserves the right to review the situation and may waive cancellation fees at their discretion. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their service with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be subject to the same cancellation fees outlined above. 5. Notification of Cancellation: Cancellations and rescheduling should be communicated through phone to ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment. 6. Right to Change Policy: Halo Creations LLc., reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next scheduled service. By using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
