A 5-Day Journey to Blossom into
Spring

Beginning March 16th for five days, I’ve designed a simple yet profound online free 5-day exploration. To support your journey from winter’s quietness into spring’s vibrant energy, designed to gently guide you from the restful, introspective energy of winter into the vibrant, renewing energy of spring, culminating on the Spring Equinox March 20th.

 

This daily practice combines meditation, breathwork, movement, and empowering mantras to align your mind, body, and soul with the changing season.

Each day will include one of the following:

  • Meditation: Ground yourself with visualization, intention-setting, or mindfulness to connect with the seasonal shift.

  • Breathwork: Use simple breathing techniques to energize or calm as needed.

  • Movement: Engage in gentle stretches, yoga, or mindful movement to awaken your body.

  • Sound Bath: Experience a calming sound bath to relax your mind, clear energetic blocks, and deepen your connection to your intentions.

  • Integration: Bring the last 5 days into daily practice.

 

By dedicating just 10-20 minutes each day, you can create a sacred space for transformation, allowing the natural rhythm of nature to inspire your personal growth.
